Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team. The role requires someone who is passionate about retail, understands the importance of delivering excellent customer service, and has the ability to drive sales while maintaining high standards in the store.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the team, you will be expected to act as an ambassador for our brand by creating a welcoming environment and offering each customer a memorable shopping experience. Your role will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service by identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable products and solutions.
- Exceeding customer expectations by providing helpful, accurate, and friendly assistance throughout the shopping journey.
- Actively monitoring sales performance against set targets and working towards achieving and surpassing them.
- Selling across a diverse range of products while staying informed about the latest décor, lifestyle, and fashion trends.
- Seeking out new opportunities to generate additional sales, upselling, and cross-selling where appropriate.
- Assisting with the replenishment of stock to ensure that shelves and displays are fully stocked and visually appealing at all times.
- Ensuring that the store is consistently neat, organized, and ready to welcome customers.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum requirement of Grade 12 (Matric).
- Previous retail or sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
